Responsibilities
- Conduct end-to-end business analysis including requirements gathering, process modeling, and stakeholder interviews
- Translate complex business needs into clear technical specifications for development teams
- Design and maintain dashboards using SQL, Tableau, and Power BI to track KPIs and performance metrics
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure alignment between business and IT stakeholders
- Lead UAT cycles and document test cases to validate solution effectiveness
- Analyze market trends and competitor data to identify strategic opportunities
- Develop business cases with ROI projections for proposed initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech or finance sectors
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) strongly preferred
- Proven experience with process mapping using BPMN or similar methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce) and ERP implementations
- Portfolio demonstrating successful BA projects with measurable outcomes
