Responsibilities
- Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications for development teams
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to align on strategic priorities
- Design and implement data-driven reporting frameworks using SQL and Tableau
- Perform gap analysis and process optimization for enterprise-scale operations
- Validate solutions through UAT and ensure seamless stakeholder adoption
- Document business processes using BPMN and Visio methodologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in financial services or SaaS
- Expertise in SQL, data modeling, and ETL processes
- Agile/Scrum certification (CSM or PSM preferred)
- Proven track record of delivering projects with $500K+ impact
- Advanced Excel skills with Power BI visualization experience
