Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather, document, and prioritize detailed business requirements.
- Analyze current business processes and identify areas for optimization, cost reduction, and efficiency improvement.
- Design and maintain process models, flowcharts, and wireframes using tools like Visio, Lucidchart, or Axure.
- Collaborate with technical teams (developers, QA) to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.
- Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate go-live activities to ensure successful product delivery.
- Create and maintain high-quality documentation, including functional specifications, user stories, and data dictionaries.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to project managers and executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) for data analysis.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and Software Development Life Cycles (SDLC).
- Experience with requirements management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
