Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive business analysis to identify process improvement opportunities and eliminate operational inefficiencies.
- Translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable functional specifications for cross-functional development teams.
- Design and document detailed process flows, user stories, and use cases using industry-standard tools like Visio or Lucidchart.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including IT, Product Management, and Executive Leadership, to ensure project alignment and success.
- Analyze historical data and trends to forecast business outcomes and support high-level strategic decision-making.
- Facilitate workshops and requirements gathering sessions to gather critical information from diverse user groups.
- Monitor project progress and identify risks, escalating blockers to leadership immediately.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate or consulting setting.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel (Advanced: VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI) is highly required.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the proven ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
- Experience with requirements management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) is a plus.
