Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to define business needs and functional specifications.
- Analyze complex business processes and data flows to identify areas for optimization and efficiency.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation, including use cases, user stories, and process diagrams (UML, BPMN).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, and product managers, to ensure solution alignment.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Monitor project progress and mitigate risks to ensure timely delivery of business solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a professional environment.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau) and project management software (JIRA, Confluence).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into business requirements.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment is highly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team setting.
