Responsibilities
- Translate complex business requirements into detailed technical specifications
- Analyze datasets using SQL and Excel to identify trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to document workflows and pain points
- Create dashboards and visualizations using Power BI/Tableau
- Facilitate JIRA requirements grooming sessions and backlog prioritization
- Develop process improvement recommendations with ROI analysis
- Present findings to executive leadership with clear action plans
Qualifications
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with SaaS/tech focus
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Agile/Scrum certification (CSM or PMI-ACP preferred)
- Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Experience documenting requirements in JIRA and Confluence
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
