Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain corporate systems/networks during overnight hours
- Process critical financial transactions and data entries with 100% accuracy
- Coordinate cross-departmental communications for urgent overnight matters
- Generate daily operational reports for morning leadership review
- Respond to emergency system alerts and implement corrective actions
- Support global team members across multiple time zones
- Conduct end-of-day system reconciliations and backups
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years corporate operations or night shift experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data management tools
- Strong problem-solving skills under pressure
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- CompTIA Network+ or similar certification preferred
- Flexibility to work rotating weekends as needed
