What You'll Achieve:

Responsibilities
- Lead stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather business requirements and document specifications
- Analyze complex business processes using BPMN and data modeling techniques
- Develop detailed user stories, use cases, and functional requirements documents
- Create and maintain process flows, data flow diagrams, and system architecture documentation
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure solutions meet business objectives
- Conduct gap analysis and propose process improvements leveraging industry best practices
- Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership with clear data-driven insights
- Manage project requirements through JIRA and maintain traceability matrices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech or SaaS environments
- Expertise in requirement elicitation techniques and documentation standards
- Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI), and process mapping
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) strongly preferred
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC frameworks
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with executive presence
