Responsibilities
- Gather and document detailed business requirements and user stories in collaboration with product managers and engineering teams.
- Conduct thorough requirement analysis to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with business goals.
- Translate complex business needs into functional specifications and process maps (e.g., BPMN, flowcharts).
- Facilitate requirement gathering sessions, workshops, and stakeholder meetings to ensure clarity and consensus.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or gaps in requirements throughout the SDLC.
- Collaborate with QA teams to create comprehensive test plans and acceptance criteria.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) support and facilitate user feedback loops.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a software development environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools (Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value for non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in requirements elicitation and documentation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
