Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and requirements to drive digital transformation initiatives
- Translate stakeholder needs into detailed functional specifications and user stories
- Facilitate workshops and create visual documentation (flowcharts, wireframes)
- Perform data analysis to identify trends and recommend performance improvements
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure solutions align with business objectives
- Develop and maintain key performance dashboards and reporting mechanisms
- Manage stakeholder communication and project deliverables throughout the lifecycle
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis or process improvement
- Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI), and MS Office Suite
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Certified Business Analyst (CBAP) or PMI-PMP designation a plus
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
