Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth business analysis to identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization within the organization.
- Gather, document, and prioritize detailed business requirements from stakeholders across various departments.
- Create and maintain functional requirements specifications (FRS), user stories, and process maps using tools like Visio or Lucidchart.
- Collaborate closely with IT developers and project managers to ensure accurate implementation of business logic.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Perform gap analysis between current systems and future business goals to recommend software upgrades or new implementations.
- Train end-users on new systems and processes to ensure smooth adoption and minimal disruption.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate or technology environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Excel).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
