Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and identify opportunities for optimization using data-driven insights
- Translate stakeholder requirements into detailed technical specifications and user stories
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process maps, requirements documents, and dashboards
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with technical and non-technical stakeholders to align project objectives
- Create and deliver compelling data visualizations using tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Validate solutions through UAT and ensure seamless implementation of business changes
- Monitor KPIs and provide ongoing performance analysis to leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech or SaaS environments
- Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and requirement-gathering methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with experience in process improvement and stakeholder management
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum frameworks and project lifecycle management
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) preferred
