Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to define business needs and translate them into functional requirements.
- Process Optimization: Analyze current workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend actionable solutions for improvement.
- Documentation: Create detailed business requirement documents (BRDs), user stories, and functional specifications.
- Data Analysis: Interpret complex data sets to provide actionable insights and support decision-making processes.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and product managers.
- Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs and project progress.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel (advanced functions), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Methodology: Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with a proven track record of solving business problems.
