Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and data trends to identify improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize requirements
- Develop detailed business process models and technical specifications
- Create data-driven reports and visualizations using SQL and Excel
- Facilitate weekend workshops with cross-functional teams
- Translate business needs into actionable project deliverables
- Ensure alignment between technology solutions and organizational goals

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with weekend shift availability
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Certification in CBAP or PMI-PBA preferred
