Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and translate requirements into actionable documentation
- Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reporting systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify optimization opportunities
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and present findings to executive leadership
- Implement QA processes to ensure data integrity and solution efficacy
- Lead UAT cycles and coordinate system integrations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in financial services
- Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and process modeling tools
- Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) preferred
- Experience with weekend or shift-based work arrangements
