- Facilitate daily stand-ups and sprint planning ceremonies
- Track project KPIs and generate progress reports for stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve blockers and dependencies
- Support risk management processes and change documentation
- Manage vendor relationships and procurement workflows
- Implement quality assurance protocols for deliverables
- Present project updates to senior leadership quarterly
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- 0-2 years of project coordination, internship, or assistant experience
- PMP/Agile certification or willingness to obtain within 6 months
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Trello, and collaboration tools
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with SDLC and waterfall/Agile methodologies
- Detail-oriented with proven organizational skills
