Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and translate requirements into actionable insights
- Develop detailed documentation including user stories, process flows, and wireframes
- Create and maintain data models, reports, and dashboards using SQL and BI tools
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to align on business objectives and solutions
- Validate data integrity and troubleshoot system discrepancies
- Support agile development cycles through sprint planning and backlog refinement
- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend optimization strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with weekend shift availability
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification (CBAP, PMP, or Agile) preferred
- Experience with process modeling tools (Visio, Lucidchart)
- Ability to work independently in a weekend schedule
