Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end project lifecycles for cross-functional tech teams during night shift operations
- Coordinate resources, timelines, and budgets for enterprise-level infrastructure upgrades
- Implement Agile methodologies to ensure on-time delivery of complex software deployments
- Facilitate risk mitigation strategies and proactive issue resolution during off-hours
- Lead stakeholder communications across global teams across multiple time zones
- Mentor junior team members in project management best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years in project management with 2+ years in night shift or 24/7 operations
- PMP or CAPM certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA/Confluence tools
- Proven experience managing cloud infrastructure or SaaS deployments
- Exceptional written/verbal communication skills for remote collaboration
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
