Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles using Agile methodologies for weekend deployments
- Coordinate between development, QA, and business teams to ensure weekend deliverables
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources for weekend sprints
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for weekend operations
- Facilitate stakeholder communications and status reporting during weekend shifts
- Mentor junior team members on weekend project management best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience with weekend shift exposure
- PMP or CPM certification preferred
- Expertise in JIRA, Asana, and Microsoft Project for weekend tracking
- Strong conflict resolution skills for cross-functional weekend coordination
- Proven success in delivering complex tech projects under tight weekend deadlines
- Experience with remote team management across time zones
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
