Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and identify optimization opportunities
- Develop detailed requirements documentation and data models
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using SQL/Excel/Tableau
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and translate technical concepts
- Support Agile sprints and sprint planning ceremonies
- Validate data integrity and recommend process improvements
- Document business rules and system specifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with weekend/shift work
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Strong experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating data analysis projects
