Responsibilities
- End-to-end project lifecycle management: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
- Stakeholder communication and relationship building across technical and non-technical teams
- Resource allocation and capacity planning for 5-10 concurrent projects
- Risk mitigation and proactive issue resolution using JIRA/Asana tools
- Budget management and financial reporting for project portfolios
- Implementing Agile/Scrum methodologies with 2-week sprint cycles
- Performance tracking using KPIs and dashboards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of project management experience in tech/IT environments
- PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2 certification strongly preferred
- Proven track record delivering complex projects within budget and timeline
- Expertise in Agile frameworks and project management tools (Jira, Trello, MS Project)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level stakeholders
- Experience with remote team management and hybrid work models
