Responsibilities
- Monitor corporate premises via advanced CCTV systems and access control platforms
- Conduct regular patrols and security audits across multi-floor corporate campuses
- Respond to alarms and incidents with swift, professional intervention protocols
- Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services during critical incidents
- Maintain detailed incident reports and security documentation
- Train junior security staff on corporate safety procedures
- Operate specialized security equipment including biometric scanners and intrusion detection systems
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years corporate security or law enforcement experience
- Valid Indiana Security Guard License (Class A)
- Proficient with CCTV, access control, and alarm monitoring systems
- Strong conflict resolution and de-escalation skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Shift flexibility and overnight availability required
- OSD/OSCP certification preferred
