Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end requirements gathering and documentation for enterprise-scale projects
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and drive data-informed decision-making
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specifications
- Design and implement process optimization strategies using BPMN and UML modeling
- Facilitate JIRA/Confluence workshops for agile development cycles
- Develop KPI dashboards in Power BI/Tableau to visualize performance metrics
- Validate system solutions through UAT and regression testing protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in SaaS or fintech environments
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent business analysis designation
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and enterprise architecture frameworks
- Proven track record of documenting complex systems in Visio/Sphinx
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels
- Experience with regulatory compliance frameworks (GDPR, SOX)
