Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and translate requirements into actionable technical specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design data models and reporting frameworks
- Lead stakeholder workshops and present insights to executive leadership
- Develop and maintain process documentation, flowcharts, and user stories
- Validate data accuracy and implement quality control measures
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Agile methodologies
- Manage project timelines and deliverables using JIRA/Confluence
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in tech or finance
- Expertise in SQL, data visualization (Tableau/Power BI), and process modeling
- Proven track record of documenting requirements for complex systems
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into business strategy
- Agile/Scrum certification (CSM/PMP) highly desirable
- Exceptional communication skills with executive stakeholder experience
