Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes, workflows, and system requirements to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications and user stories for development teams
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather requirements and validate solutions against organizational goals
- Create and maintain process flows, data models, and documentation using industry-standard tools
- Conduct data analysis to generate actionable insights and support decision-making processes
- Collaborate with project managers to prioritize initiatives and ensure timely delivery of solutions
- Monitor solution performance and recommend continuous optimization strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment
- Proficiency in requirements elicitation techniques (interviews, workshops, JAD sessions)
- Expertise in process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, BPMN)
- Strong SQL skills and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts
- Agile/Scrum methodology experience preferred
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA) a plus
