Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes, workflows, and KPIs to identify optimization opportunities
- Elicit, document, and validate requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops
- Create detailed functional specifications, user stories, and process flows
- Leverage SQL, Tableau, and Excel to conduct data analysis and generate actionable reports
- Facilitate JIRA and Agile ceremonies to ensure alignment between business and tech teams
- Develop test cases and participate in UAT to validate solution effectiveness
- Present findings to executive leadership through compelling visualizations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech or financial services
- Expertise in SQL, data modeling, and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or PMI-PMP certification
- Proven ability to translate complex requirements into technical specifications
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Exceptional stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Strong problem-solving with data-driven decision-making approach
