Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and translate requirements into detailed technical specifications
- Lead stakeholder workshops to gather, document, and validate business needs across departments
- Design and implement data-driven solutions using SQL, Excel, and BI tools
- Create comprehensive process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development teams
- Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
- Collaborate with Agile teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions aligned with business objectives
- Develop and maintain key performance dashboards for executive reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis with proven track record in tech or finance
- Expertise in SQL, data modeling, and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Certification in CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to non-technical audiences
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in deadline-driven environments
