Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain corporate server systems, databases, and network infrastructure during night shift hours
- Execute system backups, security patches, and critical maintenance tasks during off-peak hours
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for enterprise software, cloud platforms, and hardware issues
- Document IT operations, incident reports, and system performance metrics using ServiceNow
- Collaborate with global IT teams on system upgrades and cybersecurity protocols
- Respond to emergency alerts and resolve critical infrastructure issues within SLA timelines
- Optimize system performance through proactive monitoring and root cause analysis
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise IT operations or system administration experience
- Expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, and VMware virtualization
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent cybersecurity certification required
- Proficient with monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, SolarWinds) and ticketing systems
- Strong scripting skills (Python, PowerShell) for automation tasks
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night shifts
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
