Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain corporate server infrastructure during night shift hours
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for enterprise applications and network systems
- Execute scheduled maintenance and security patch deployments
- Document incident reports and resolution procedures
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless handovers
- Implement disaster recovery protocols during off-peak hours
Qualifications
- 3+ years in enterprise IT operations or similar infrastructure role
- CompTIA Network+ or equivalent certification required
- Expertise in Windows Server and VMware environments
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure preferred)
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira)
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities during night shift
