Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for optimization using data modeling techniques
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to define project requirements and deliverables
- Create detailed documentation including process flows, user stories, and functional specifications
- Develop and maintain dashboards to track KPIs and performance metrics
- Lead workshops to gather requirements and facilitate cross-functional alignment
- Validate solutions through testing and ensure business objectives are met
- Maintain JIRA and Confluence artifacts for agile project management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of business analysis experience with SaaS or fintech products
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong background in Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) highly desirable
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
