Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain global IT infrastructure during night shift hours
- Execute system patches, updates, and security protocols
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for international operations
- Collaborate with cross-continental teams on incident response
- Document all maintenance activities and performance metrics
- Proactively identify and resolve system vulnerabilities
- Backup and disaster recovery management
Qualifications
- 3+ years in enterprise IT operations or infrastructure support
- Expertise in Windows Server, Linux, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong knowledge of network security protocols (VPN, firewalls)
- Experience with monitoring tools (Nagios, Zabbix, SolarWinds)
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
