Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and stakeholder requirements to identify improvement opportunities
- Create detailed documentation including user stories, process flows, and functional specifications
- Facilitate workshops and translate technical concepts into actionable business strategies
- Develop KPIs and dashboards to measure project success and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure solutions align with business objectives
- Lead UAT cycles and provide post-implementation support for system enhancements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in technology or finance sectors
- Proficiency in SQL, JIRA, and process modeling tools (e.g., Lucidchart)
- Strong analytical skills with experience translating complex data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA) or equivalent experience preferred
