Responsibilities
- Define product roadmap and vision for enterprise financial software suite
- Lead cross-functional Agile teams through sprint cycles and product launches
- Conduct market research and user interviews to identify unmet needs
- Analyze KPIs and user data to inform product iterations
- Collaborate with executive stakeholders to align on business objectives
- Maintain Jira/Confluence documentation and release planning
- Present product strategy to leadership and external partners
Qualifications
- 5+ years product management experience in B2B SaaS or fintech
- Proven track record of shipping enterprise software products
- Expertise in Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience with financial services technology preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
