Responsibilities
- Assist senior project managers in planning, executing, and monitoring project timelines deliverables
- Facilitate daily team stand-ups and document meeting minutes action items
- Track project progress using tools like Jira Asana and maintain accurate status reports
- Coordinate cross-functional teams between engineering design and business units
- Identify mitigate project risks and escalate blockers to leadership
- Support budget tracking expense reporting and vendor communications
- Contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes
Qualifications
- Recent graduate or career changer with bachelor's degree in Business IT or related field
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written verbal communication and presentation abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel PowerPoint Word)
- Basic understanding of project management methodologies (Scrum Kanban Waterfall)
- Proactive problem-solving approach with attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced team environments
- Willingness to obtain PMP certification within 18 months of hire
