Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end requirement gathering and documentation for enterprise-level fintech projects
- Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify process improvement opportunities
- Develop detailed business cases and ROI projections for strategic initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical specifications
- Design and implement performance metrics to track project success and business impact
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and present findings to executive leadership
- Maintain and optimize data models using SQL and visualization tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in fintech or SaaS environments
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and process modeling tools
- Proven ability to translate complex requirements into clear technical specifications
- Strong background in Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certifications (CBAP, PMI-PBA) highly valued
- Experience with regulatory compliance frameworks (SOX, GDPR)
