Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for automation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and KPIs
- Develop detailed documentation including user stories, process flows, and wireframes
- Leverage SQL, Python, and Tableau to translate data into actionable insights

Qualifications
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in financial services or fintech
- Expert proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Proven track record in requirements gathering and process re-engineering
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to executive stakeholders
- Certification in Agile/Scrum methodologies preferred
