Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into actionable technical specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities
- Develop detailed documentation including user stories, process flows, and data models
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to define project scope and success metrics
- Validate solutions through testing and ensure alignment with business goals
- Monitor KPIs and provide actionable recommendations for continuous optimization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of business analysis experience with SaaS or fintech products
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA) or equivalent experience
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
