- Analyze data trends and KPIs to recommend performance improvements
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and manage product backlogs
- Create test cases and validate solution outcomes against business needs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis or similar role
- Proficiency in SQL, JIRA, and process modeling tools (e.g., Lucidchart)
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent preferred
- Expertise in requirements elicitation and documentation techniques
- Strong analytical skills with data interpretation experience
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience in fintech or SaaS industry preferred
