Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather business requirements
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement
- Translate business needs into functional specifications for technical teams
- Create detailed process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Develop and maintain data models and reporting dashboards
- Facilitate solution validation and UAT sessions with end-users
- Document business processes and maintain requirements traceability matrices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of business analysis experience with proven track record
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification (CBAP, PMP, or similar) preferred
- Experience with process modeling tools (Visio, Lucidchart)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
