Responsibilities
- Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and resources across engineering, design, and QA teams
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives using Agile/Scrum frameworks
- Track project KPIs using Jira, Asana, or similar tools and generate status reports
- Manage stakeholder communication through clear documentation and presentations
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure on-budget delivery
- Support vendor management and procurement processes for project assets
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0-2 years in project coordination, internships, or academic project leadership
- Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Asana, Trello, MS Project)
- Basic understanding of software development lifecycle and cloud technologies
- Exceptional written/verbal communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
- Scrum Alliance CSM or PMP certification (preferred but not required)
