Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth requirement gathering sessions with clients and internal stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
- Document detailed business requirements, functional specifications, and use cases using standard tools (Visio, Lucidchart).
- Translate complex business needs into actionable technical specifications for the development team.
- Perform gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current business processes and desired future states.
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and training sessions to ensure alignment across all departments.
- Monitor project milestones and assist in the UAT (User Acceptance Testing) phase to ensure successful delivery.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a professional services or software development environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
