Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and requirements gathering for weekend-specific projects
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and opportunities for process optimization
- Develop detailed business requirements documents and process flow diagrams
- Create and maintain SQL databases for weekend transaction analysis
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, retrospectives) during weekend shifts
- Produce executive dashboards and performance metrics for weekend operations
- Document and communicate findings to executive leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with weekend shift availability
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Exceptional communication abilities for cross-functional collaboration
- Certification in CBAP or PMI-PMP (highly desirable)
