Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues for corporate clients.
- Manage and prioritize incoming support tickets via our CRM system with a focus on rapid resolution.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in the knowledge base to improve service efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate system outages and maintenance schedules.
- Provide clear, empathetic guidance to non-technical users to ensure they can complete their tasks independently.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential technical risks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support or a similar corporate role.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, ServiceNow).
