Responsibilities
- Lead, plan, and execute complex projects within the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to ensure timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing effective contingency plans to keep projects on track.
- Facilitate clear communication between technical teams, management, and clients, providing regular status updates and progress reports.
- Manage resource allocation and scheduling to maximize team productivity and efficiency.
- Champion Agile and Scrum methodologies, driving continuous improvement in processes and team performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management, specifically within the IT, Software, or SaaS industry.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing full-cycle projects.
- Expert knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, MS Project, and Confluence.
- PMP, CAPM, or PRINCE2 certification is strongly preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon for non-technical stakeholders.
