Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder interviews to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and generate actionable insights
- Develop process flows, data models, and documentation for new initiatives
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure technical alignment with business goals
- Create and maintain dashboards to track KPIs and performance metrics
- Facilitate workshops to define scope and validate solutions
- Present findings to executive leadership with clear recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of Business Analyst experience in tech or SaaS environments
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
- Certification in CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating BA deliverables (BRDs, user stories, wireframes)
