Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and systems to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables
- Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications
- Create and maintain process flows, data models, and documentation
- Lead requirement-gathering workshops and facilitate stakeholder alignment
- Develop KPIs and reporting frameworks to measure business impact
- Support UAT and implementation of new systems/processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI), and process modeling
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with requirement documentation tools (Jira, Confluence)
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA) preferred
