Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements for system enhancements
- Create detailed documentation including process flows, user stories, and technical specifications
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using SQL and visualization tools
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align project deliverables with business goals
- Perform data validation and quality assurance to ensure solution accuracy
- Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in financial services or tech
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification (CBAP, PMP, or similar) preferred
- Experience with requirements management tools (Jira, Confluence)
