Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and project scope
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and recommend actionable insights
- Create detailed process flows, user stories, and functional specifications
- Facilitate workshops and translate business needs into technical solutions
- Develop and maintain dashboards using SQL and Excel for real-time reporting
- Validate deliverables against business objectives and quality standards
- Document all processes and maintain comprehensive project artifacts
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in SaaS or manufacturing
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA) preferred
- Experience with process mapping and requirement documentation tools
