Responsibilities
- Direct cross-functional teams of 10+ members for enterprise system implementations
- Manage $5M+ budgets with 98% on-time delivery record
- Drive Agile/Scrum methodologies for cloud migration projects
- Develop risk mitigation strategies for Fortune 500 client engagements
- Stakeholder management with C-suite executives and external partners
- Implement PMO governance frameworks across 15+ concurrent projects
- Lead vendor negotiations and contract lifecycle management
Qualifications
- 10+ years IT project management experience with SaaS/Cloud deployments
- PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2 certification required
- Proven success managing projects over $3M budget
- Expertise in Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Project
- Experience in financial services or healthcare industries preferred
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Excellent communication with executive presentation experience
