Responsibilities
- Design and implement ML pipelines using Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch
- Lead A/B testing frameworks for product optimization initiatives
- Present findings to C-suite executives using Tableau and Power BI
- Mentor junior scientists on statistical methodologies and best practices
- Develop real-time anomaly detection systems for financial applications
- Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy models into production
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in predictive modeling and statistical analysis
- Expertise in SQL, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or conferences
- Strong communication skills translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Certification in AWS Machine Learning or equivalent
